We deliver products using Australia Post, Sendle, StarTrack, Followmont,, Toll and Northline. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. There is also a calculator on each item page allowing you to calculate the cost to deliver that item to your postcode.
Orders are generally dispatched on the same or next business day after receiving payment. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location.
Options for shipping that include insurance are provided at checkout. If this option is not selected, the item/s will not be insured against loss or damage during transit and Magnum MFG will not be able to make a claim on your behalf.
Unless stated otherwise freight is uninsured. It is the buyers' responsibility to insure uninsured freight. We suggest nti for freight insurance. A quote can be done online at https://insurance-sdi.nti.com.au/#/quote/get-quote and is quite inexpensive.
Magnum MFG directs that before items are signed for at delivery as “having been received in good order and condition” that the item/s are inspected and if satisfied that they are in good order and condition, they can be signed for. If damage has occurred Magnum MFG advises either noting on the “Proof of Delivery” or POD, that the item was not received in good order, or declining to accept the item due to damage. We cannot discuss or negotiate with our carriers if you have not noted the damage on their paperwork and taken delivery of the item/s.” It is recommended that photos of the damage are taken at delivery as well before unboxing the items.
In addition, the freight company will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the product/s without insurance.
Magnum MFG will assist with an insurance claim if shipping insurance was selected at checkout and:
we are notified by the purchaser of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item/s photos are emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly showing the damage to the item/s and to the packaging if any we are notified by the purchaser at least 36 hours after the ETA has passed and the product/s has not arrived - in this case, a Magnum MFG representative will make appropriate enquiries with the freight company as to the whereabouts of the item/s. After being satisfied that the item/s have been lost, Magnum MFG will make the necessary insurance claim on behalf of the customer.

Many of Magnum MFG’s products require a forklift to move. A service with Tail lift availability option is available for customers that do not have an onsite forklift to unload. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct shipping method for their situation failure to do so can result in delays or additional charges for delivery.
